I have started making mini top hats.. they're very fun! I'm working on a tutorial which shows how I make them... that'll get posted as soon as it's finished.
The earrings are also made by me. ;)

In this case, I'd say the backdrop draws away from the red lace and accoutrements in your costume. ; P Nice hat.

I'm seriously crap at figuring out which colors go together, honestly. That's why I need to take my sister clothes shopping with me. XD It was so easy in the goth days.. black, black, black... a hint of red or purple, and more black. XD
